These reports may include, but are not limited to, the following types of information: criminal history, driving records (MVR), employment history verification, education verification, and other public-record information. The reports will be obtained from a consumer reporting agency (CRA) in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. The CRA(s) that may be used will be provided to you upon request. Information gathered will be used solely for employment purposes. You have the right to request disclosure of the nature and scope of any investigative consumer report.
